Season: April–October
Total on the hill: 5 h 30 min
The only via ferrata on Vlašić, above Travnik in central Bosnia. 500 metres of cable and 200 metres of vertical at B/C — a moderate grade on a long day.
The commitment is in the walking: two hours in and two hours out around a 90-minute crossing, giving roughly five and a half hours on the hill. That puts it closer to a mountain route than a roadside one, despite the grade. April to October.
How we know this
BOA has not inspected Paklarske Stijene. The figures on this page come from published sources, not from our own survey. Cable and anchor condition changes. Nothing here is a substitute for checking the route yourself before you climb.
Condition reports
Written by visitors who have climbed Paklarske Stijene, not by BOA, and not checked by us before they appear. Treat them as one climber’s account on one day — useful, but never clearance to climb.
