Standard booking terms, guest responsibilities and liabilities for BOA – Bosnia Outdoor Adventures.

These Terms of Service govern your use of BOA – Bosnia Outdoor Adventures services. By booking a tour or participating in any BOA activity, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
BOA is operated by Bosnia Outdoor Adventures d.o.o., registered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. References to "BOA," "we," "us," or "our" refer to this entity.
Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BOA within 24-48 hours.
- A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.
- Group bookings (6+ people) may require a larger deposit. Custom terms will be provided.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email with full tour details, meeting point, and preparation instructions.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations 7+ days before departure: Full refund or credit for future tour.
- Cancellations 3-6 days before departure: 50% refund or full credit for future tour.
- Cancellations less than 72 hours before departure: Credit for future tour only (valid 12 months).
- No-shows without prior notice: No refund or credit.
- If BOA cancels due to safety conditions, you receive a full refund or may reschedule at no extra cost.
Participant Requirements
- Participants must meet the physical requirements listed for each tour. These are provided during booking.
- Medical conditions, injuries, or limitations must be disclosed during booking. Failure to disclose may void your participation.
- Travel and accident insurance covering outdoor activities is mandatory. Proof may be requested.
- Minimum age requirements apply to certain tours. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Guides reserve the right to exclude participants who pose a safety risk to themselves or the group.
Liability & Responsibility
- Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- BOA carries professional liability insurance and maintains strict safety protocols.
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. BOA is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
- BOA's liability is limited to the tour cost. We are not responsible for consequential damages, travel costs, or missed connections.
- Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, government actions) release BOA from contractual obligations.
Tour Modifications
- Routes and itineraries may be modified at guide discretion due to weather, trail conditions, or group capability.
- Such modifications do not entitle participants to refunds if the tour still takes place.
- If a tour is significantly shortened due to conditions, partial credits may be offered at BOA's discretion.
- Guide decisions regarding route, pace, and safety are final and must be followed by all participants.
Your Responsibilities
- Arrive at the meeting point on time with appropriate gear as specified in your booking confirmation.
- Follow guide instructions at all times, especially regarding safety protocols.
- Respect other participants, local communities, and the natural environment.
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the tour.
- Inform your guide immediately of any physical discomfort or concerns during the tour.
