Planning FAQs

Before you choose an activity

The useful details for fitting an outdoor day around Sarajevo.

What outdoor activity can I do in half a day from Sarajevo?

Via Ferrata Trebević and Bukovik are the clearest half-day choices. Their advertised duration includes transport, so they are easier to fit around a city stay.

What is best for a complete beginner?

Bukovik is the gentlest ferrata introduction, while Skakavac is an easy full-day hike. Route choice still depends on fitness, weather and comfort with heights.

Can BOA arrange pickup in Sarajevo?

Transport is included on many Sarajevo tours. Open the individual tour to see the exact transport note, or send your accommodation area before booking.

Can solo travellers book a tour?

Yes. Send your preferred date and activity, and BOA will confirm availability and pricing for a private tour.
