Outdoor team building
A real shared challenge—not another day in a conference room
Build a private team day around via ferrata or hiking, from a first climb on Bukovik to the kayak-access Prenjska Vrata route. There is no fixed group limit: we add guides and logistics to fit your team.

Signature option
Kayak in. Climb out.
Prenjska Vrata combines a lake crossing with a challenging Grade D ferrata above the Neretva canyon.
Group capacity
No fixed maximum
We bring enough guides.
Why it works
The mountain gives the team something real to solve
There are no artificial office games. Colleagues prepare together, move at a shared pace, communicate clearly and finish with a common story.
Shared responsibility
Equipment checks, paired movement and group pacing make support visible without turning safety into a competition.
A route that fits
Choose a beginner ferrata, a bigger technical objective or a guided hike based on fitness and comfort with heights.
Built for your headcount
The group does not have to fit a public departure. BOA adds guides, vehicles and equipment around the final team size.
Simple for the organizer
One proposal can cover route planning, guide staffing, pickup, equipment, food and optional photography.
Three formats
Choose the challenge, then we shape the day
The strongest team-building route is the one colleagues can take on together. BOA can keep it approachable, make it technical, or remove climbing entirely.

Beginner ferrata
First climb together
Bukovik is the natural starting point for active first-timers. A guide-led equipment briefing and an easy protected route give the team a meaningful challenge without choosing the hardest line.
- Easy route near Sarajevo
- Approx. 4 hours with transport
- Guides added as the team grows

Signature expedition
Kayak to Prenjska Vrata
For a fit, confident team, Prenjska Vrata turns the approach into part of the experience: paddle across Grabovica Lake, then climb high above the Neretva canyon.
- Kayak access across the lake
- Challenging 250 m Grade D route
- Full-day company adventure

Guided hiking
A mountain day for everyone
Hiking gives the widest choice of pace and terrain. Use Trebević or Skakavac for a more inclusive day, or ask for a demanding mountain objective when the team wants an endurance challenge.
- Easy to challenging routes
- Half-day or full-day format
- Custom distance and pacing

These are recommendations, not rigid packages. We can use another BOA route or design a hike around your location, schedule and team profile.

Trebević Olympic Trail
Forest trails, Olympic history and city views make Trebević a flexible non-technical option with room to adjust pace, distance and stops.

FAQs
Questions company organizers usually ask
The final route and quote are confirmed directly because every team has a different size, schedule and comfort level.
Is there a maximum group size for BOA team building?
There is no fixed maximum group size. BOA plans the guide team, transport and equipment around the final number of participants. On via ferrata, we add certified guides as the group grows so the route-appropriate guest-to-guide ratio is maintained.
Does everyone need via ferrata experience?
No. Bukovik is the strongest first-ferrata option for active beginners comfortable with heights. Prenjska Vrata is a challenging Grade D route and is better for a fit, confident team. BOA recommends the route after learning about the group.
Can we choose hiking instead of via ferrata?
Yes. Team hikes can be designed from an easier Trebević or Skakavac day to a more demanding Visočica objective. The route, distance and pace are matched to the team and season.
What if our colleagues have different fitness or comfort with heights?
BOA can recommend an inclusive hiking format or plan parallel groups with different objectives, guide teams and pacing. The groups can share transport, lunch and the closing part of the day where logistics allow.
What can be included in a team-building proposal?
A proposal can include private guides, route planning, transport from Sarajevo or Mostar, technical equipment, kayak access where relevant, snacks or lunch, and photography or drone footage. Inclusions are confirmed before booking.
How is team-building pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the route, group size, number of guides, transport, equipment, food and optional media package. Send the date, number of participants and preferred activity for a transparent group quote.
Give us the team. We’ll recommend the route.
Send the preferred date, number of participants, city and whether the group leans toward ferrata or hiking. BOA will reply with the strongest format and a clear proposal.
