Kravice Waterfalls, Blagaj & Počitelj from Mostar · Kravice, Blagaj and Počitelj, Herzegovina

The day trips, hikes and ferratas here are private: your own guide and car, no coach and no strangers, and you set the pace and the stops. Most of what people come to Herzegovina for is within an hour of Mostar. Do Kravice waterfalls, the Blagaj tekke and Počitelj in one loop, spend a day in Sarajevo (or end it there with your luggage), go canyoning near Jablanica or rafting near Konjic in the warmer months, or hike the Prenj mountains. If you only have a morning, the Fortica ferrata is two hours door to door above the Old Bridge.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

The short version before you get in touch.

Are these private tours?

Yes. The Kravice trip, the hikes and the via ferratas run for your group only, with your own guide. There is no fixed coach schedule, so the stops, lunch and pace are yours.

What is the best day trip from Mostar?

Kravice waterfalls, the Blagaj tekke and Počitelj in one day. For something more active, canyoning near Jablanica or rafting on the Neretva in the warmer months, or a via ferrata above the city.

Can I swim at Kravice?

From about June to September most people find the pool under the falls warm enough. Outside summer it is still worth the trip, and the crowds are much smaller.

Is pickup from my accommodation included?

Yes for the Kravice, Blagaj and Počitelj trip and for every ferrata: we pick you up in Mostar and bring you back. Canyoning meets in Jablanica and rafting at the base in Konjic. Ask about transport from Mostar when you book.

Can I visit Sarajevo from Mostar, or sightsee on the way there?

Yes. The private Sarajevo day trip stops at Jablanica and Konjic and spends the afternoon in Sarajevo's old town. Come back to Mostar in the evening, or bring your luggage and we drop you at your Sarajevo accommodation. The price is the same either way.

Are entrance fees included on the Kravice trip?

No. Kravice and the Blagaj tekke charge entry, paid on the day, and lunch is extra. The price covers private transport, a local guide, snacks and water.

What can I do from Mostar in winter?

The Kravice trip and the Fortica, Hum and Vulin Potok ferratas run year-round, weather permitting. Canyoning runs May to September, rafting April to October, the Prenj hike June to October, and the Istup waterfall hike from May.

Can I combine a ferrata and sightseeing on the same day?

Yes. Fortica takes about two hours with transport, so it fits before or after a few hours in the old town. Tell us and we'll time the pickup around your plans.

Only in Mostar for a day or two?

Send your dates, where you are staying, and whether your group wants sightseeing, heights or water. We'll tell you what fits the time you have.
