Vulin Potok runs above Blagaj on a mix of horizontal traverses and short vertical steps. The line has 500 metres of cable, gains about 150 metres and is graded A/B. Because it crosses the wall more than it climbs straight up, the route stays technically approachable despite its length.
From the climbing centre beside the Buna, a marked path reaches the cable in about ten minutes. Allow roughly 45 minutes on the route. A few steeper passages break up the easier traverses without changing the overall grade.
Two marked returns are possible: the path below the fortress, or the route toward the Rebro climbing area and on to the fortress road. The Buna spring, Blagaj Tekke and the old fortress can all be combined with the same outing.
