Published as E/F. The route's own catalogue entry notes it climbs closer to D with shorter E sections.
Peć Mlini starts with a vertical wall and continues through slabs, diagonal grooves, overhangs and further vertical sections. Resting places are limited, so the 260-metre line is physically sustained despite a height gain of only 150 metres. A typical crossing takes about two hours.
The published grade is E/F. The authors of the national route catalogue consider the overall climbing closer to D with shorter E passages, so anyone planning the route should prepare for the higher published grade rather than rely on that softer assessment.
The cable begins behind the old stone mills at the source of the Tihaljina, about five minutes from the access road. The return path passes Ravlića Cave, and the walk down takes around 15 minutes.
