Kamena Glava is a grade B route on the rise between Gljiva and Leotar, about four kilometres from central Trebinje. It has 200 metres of cable and takes a small group roughly one hour. The line was designed for beginners and opened in April 2024 as an Aero Klub Trebinje project based on an idea by Zoran Petrović Peta.
A marked path from the information board reaches the start in about 15 minutes. Aero Klub Trebinje requires climbers to arrange a guide in advance and use specialist via ferrata equipment, so this is not a route for an unannounced independent visit.
Compared with Vučji Zub on Orjen, the other protected route in the Trebinje area, Kamena Glava has a much shorter approach and keeps the whole outing close to town.
