Signed A/B/C — the route mixes all three, with C the hardest sections.

A short, steep line above Nahorevo on the southern slopes of Sarajevski Ozren, beside the Troskok waterfall. 70 metres of cable for 62 metres of height difference is close to vertical throughout — the steepest length-to-gain ratio of any route in the country — and it is crossed in about 20 minutes.

Built by the Via Ferrata Sarajevo association with support from the Sarajevo Canton tourist board, and not yet listed in the national catalogue. The route is signed A/B/C, so it mixes grades along its length. The exit point is at 1225 metres, at a viewpoint.

Access is easiest by vehicle through Nahorevo towards Skakavac: at the first large bend a track drops right to the Lučica stream, where you park and continue on the gravel road to the forest edge, following the waymarks. Return the same way, or continue towards Močioci and on to Bukovik.

How we know this

BOA has not inspected Lučica. The figures on this page come from published sources, not from our own survey. Cable and anchor condition changes. Nothing here is a substitute for checking the route yourself before you climb.

Condition reports

Written by visitors who have climbed Lučica, not by BOA, and not checked by us before they appear. Treat them as one climber’s account on one day — useful, but never clearance to climb.

No condition reports yet. If you have climbed this route, yours would be the first.
